Soul/Motown/Party with plenty of FUN!!

Bongo Eddie (The Legend) is a real character hailing from The Bronx in New York, USA. Well known through out the world as the percussionist from 'Kid Creole and The Coconuts' (hence the name 'Bongo') but also a brilliant act in his own right. This flamboyant artiste is a true 'Soul Man' where every appearance is party time - with or without his two lovely dancers.

Bongo starred in the touring musical show 'Dancing in the Street' along with the late Edwin Starr, Martha Reeves and Mary Wilson. He also accompanied Al Green for 7 years and also the brilliant James Brown on both US and European tours. Subsequently, Bongo Eddie also appeared in cameo movie appearances such as ' The Forbidden Dance LAMBADA' and 'Against All Odds' also television appearances such as 'Coronation Street','Parkinson' etc, etc.

Bongo Eddie is available with his own dancers or solo. Self Contained with sound system and tracks or with dots/charts for up to an 8 piece band.
