Carl De Marco has earned the reputation of being one of the exceptional talents in the UK cabaret scene with critical acclaim as a powerful male vocalist. Like many of the current stars, Carl started his career working for Pontins Holidays at one of their leading resorts in Jersey. Here his natural unpredictable but lovable personality was a great asset in the twenty four hour schedule that holiday park work demands.

Following two very successful seasons at Pontins, Carl found himself working for Thomson Gold resorts where he found himself performing on a regular basis in one of Lanzarotes premier hotels. He was so popular with the guests that his contract was soon renewed and he spent a further season gaining valuable experience performing to large audiences in Tunisia’s Thomson Gold Resorts.

The following year Carl returned to Britain and took on the role of Entertainments manager at the ‘Riviera Hotel’ in the picturesque seaside resort of Weymouth. Here he found himself in charge of his own entertainments team who delivered fantastic musical revue shows on a nightly basis. In 2005 Carl cracked the lucrative cruise ship market and was lead male vocalist for both Thomson and P&O cruises, where he worked onboard one of the finest vessels of its time ‘The Oceana’.

For the past several years Carl has been stunning audiences worldwide as a headline cabaret artiste for Fred Olsen and Island Cruises. When back in the UK he is a regular cabaret act for Shearing’s and Warner’s Holidays as well as several other big UK holiday companies and private parks including Sand Bay Holiday Park in Somerset.

Carl is an exciting and experienced performer who is powerful not only vocally, but in his total stage persona he never fails to delight his audiences performing all the favorite show stopping musical hits as well as his awe inspiring rendition of Luciano Pavarotti’s ‘Nessun Dorma’.
